About the Journal
Mythos magazine originated from the research interest of teachers and students about ancient and medieval world. Ancient civilizations, whether Eastern, Western, as well as medieval western society, are the cultural matrices of contemporary society and reveal many aspects of the origins of our social behavior. Looking back is, in a sense, looking at yourself. The journal aims to disseminate and stimulate the development of new research on ancient and medieval societies.

Das análises filológicas e políticas de textos antigos às reflexões sobre a Filosofia medieval, a normatividade bélica, os mitos clássicos e sua recepção, se delineia um campo de pesquisa que atravessa fronteiras disciplinares e investe em leituras críticas e interpretativas densas.
